A ‘play-within-a-play’ concept was developed to depict the situationsthat arise among employees at different levels within the organization. The play revolves around three childhood friends who work at the same firm but in different hierarchical positions.

• Instead of following a scripted performance, they opt for improvisation on stage. This spontaneous approach prompted them to express their personal frustrations and grievances against each other. Through this process, they eventually gain insight into the
  root causes of their misunderstandings and discover ways to effectively address and overcome such challenges.

• The play-within-a-play served as a catalyst for fostering understanding and finding solutions to interpersonal conflicts within the workplace. This creative approach provided the following benefits:
