The Man who started this journey of his life with nothing but faith, a faith so strong and grounded that it manifested into a reality named “Rangshila”. He is a self-sculpted human and his clarity of vision is fuelled by his passion and commitment towards theatre arts.

This sweet lady with her infectious smile is the backbone of Rangshila. She has stood with the team shoulder to shoulder in almost every department viz. costume, production, stage management along with her performances too

Being the most loved member of Rangshila, Shashi is a screen actor and a theatre practitioner. He is an alumni of BNA; a prestigious institue of Lucknow and have mastered the craft of acting like no one else among us all. He actively performs in various theatre plays & has gained immense popularity for his presence on screen. A humble soul and an amazing story-teller, he rules the heart of us all. "Beloved!!" - as they say!

Vandana Upadhyay is a Storyteller, a Drama coach in IB education, a NLP & Gestalt practitioner and a Theatre artist at Rangshila Theatre Group. She is passionate about imparting valuable life skills to children in a manner that is involved, interactive and fun. Having an experience of 10 years in teaching she says adults have a responsibility to create happy memories for children to last a lifetime.
